Does anyone now how this might effect CYMER's business?

Apparently, cap. equipment spending will be flat with a focus on 0.18, so Cymer should do alright.

PS. I just heard them restate this guidance in response to a later question. Reasons: no DEC fab purchase $500M, less spending on buildings and manufacturing facilities, less spending on test and assembly.

Intel 3 vs 4. The DUV portion within that is up 400%+.

That's number 1. Number 2: given scarcity of capacity going forward I wouldn't be surprised to see the 3 go to 5.

Good Luck To Each And All
