<Any Innovex product sold to Maxtor?>

Yes, they sell older technology interconect wiring to Maxtor, but have not announced any HIF or flex circuit products which is the long term direction of the industry and Innovex's path to survival in the Storage sector.

On the other hand, Hutchinson has said they've gained Maxtor as a customer for their TSA product. That doesn't mean they have a volume agreement, but it is a start.

It's possible that Maxtor will be buying a flex circuit called a bridge flex from Innovex also which would be used to complete the piece that is currently missing from TSA.

So, yes Innovex sells to Maxtor. Perhaps more interesting is Seagate who has built Innovex's leading edge product, HIF into their Cheetha high end drives. Seagate just blew away estimates as you probably know and this can't hurt Innovex.

Regards,

Mark
