My question was why would you piddle with 10% at a time?... You then trade EDII shares for HERZ shares and then change the name of HERZ to EDII and presto, you have a NASDAQ listing. sooooo... we need to look at HERZ's shares vs. EDII's to see if we're going to get a one for one trade or what the possible scenario's might be..... and is EDII looking to acquire HERZ or RM for a NASDAQ listing?.... This is a lot to speculate from a PR which only said something about acquiring 9.7% of a company. I do like the idea of a NASDAQ listing, but will look further into the price I will have to pay for this luxury. and as far as the rest of your post... I don't know who you're talking about nor do I care to discuss somebody's misfortune.... we've all had bad times....
