Tomorrow will most likely be up, big time.

The premium on YHOO was too much, but I picked up some AMZN calls today, looking for a quick short-term gain and limited downside.

Still, I maintain that this week could be the last hurrah from these stocks for a while. YHOO's earnings are not likely to be sustainable next quarter, without the seasonal strength. AMZN has already been talking about their problems with margins. ATHM has accounting problems. (I believe that MANY, if not ALL these stocks will turn out to have overly optimistic, if not actually fraudulent accounting.)

Even Cremer has been talking about "taking some money off the table" as a prudent strategy.

I would not hold anything for other than the very short term.

Kailash,

I've been bullish on the market for awhile now and I'm still bullish for the long term! However, today I sold covered calls on most of my core holdings. I have now turned negative on the internet stocks and sold a bunch of naked calls on AMZN yesterday and today. Sold the Feb. $200 calls yesterday and today for between $23 and $28 each. Will be looking at selling naked calls on YHOO after the split if it holds up between now and then. As far as tomorrow goes who knows, for if I did know I believe I could afford to be typing this post from somewhere much warmer and nicer then it is here in Arkansas. Just a wild ass guess, I will predict that tomorrow will be another down day and as far as the internets go, I believe we have seen the highs in most of them for some time now!
