Heard the analysis...know CNBC's attitude towards internet stocks...

Also know MKTW services are a online provider of real time and original financial info that is a real threat to CNBC's domain

My own analysis stated the flaw in their reasoning...that they were basing their valuation model / comparison on prior quarter's reporting which was the culmination of a transitory period and didn't account for MKTW revenues on DBC's balance sheets.

However, didn't say that reporter's comments won't have adverse impact on DBCC share price. They already have. Comments were initially made at lunch time I believe.

Some people believe anything they hear on tv....

When DBC releases next 10-Q, I will be proven right. Only wish 10-Q was released prior to IPO and number of page views was also announced for MKTW site.

I will stand by my contrarian position...of short term sell-off then quick rise based on MKTW performance and 10-Q release.

Only time will tell though, but I have a very good 20 year record that I'll stand by..

Every body thought I was nuts when I loaded up on health care stocks in 93 and 94...But where are my two largest investments (Merck and JNJ) then... now ?

Some, actually most, times it doesn't pay to follow the crowd and listen to what the supposed "experts" say.
