Glory be, just sitting here watching the Bloomberg channel on DirecTV and guess what i saw.

American International acquires 9.7% of Hertz

Passed on the ticker announcing pe, earnings,ect..

no big deal, just shocked to see our little company mentioned.

Can't hurt, can it ?

according to ...http://biz.yahoo.com/p/h/herz.html in the company profile....HERZ has 400K in the public float and 1.06M Outstanding Shares.... with the volume that was generated since the last of 1998, I wonder how many of those shares EDII purchased.

And they've (HERZ) been doing miserably.
