I'm curious. Were these shares bought with or without the knowledge of HERZ? I ask this because I see no PR issued by HERZ on this.

No chance of a one to one trade. More likely like three or more EDII shares for each HERZ share.

well you got this right... when EDII has 100 MILLION Shares... and this company has 1.06 MILLION... I would hazard to guess that a 3:1 ratio is highly unlikely...

Looks like HERZ bought back 35,434 or(106,305) shares in the open market of their own stock before Aug. 31,1998.
