Ed: Intel's coming out with the Pentium III NOW based on .18 size transition. The Pentium III road map calls for a shift from Intel's .25 micron process technology to .18 micron, known by the code name Coppermine, in the second half of this year. zdnet.com 400+% is probably conservative.
