That number( 438) was also reported to have been incorrect. Seen the reports on several threads and heard it on CNBS.

Andrew, thanks for the update, I heard around $395 on CNBC and similar numbers on other message boards. But you know what, we probably shouldn't put much credibility on these after hour numbers anyway.
