Thanks for the posts. ...the perfect job and doing what you enjoy... I suppose alot of what I would like to do with my time I am able to do regardless of whether somebody pays me for it or not. It has been suggested that one should take their paycheck, and not have to like it...then do what they like the rest of the time. It might be greedy to expect more than that. However, I think what I will do is start designing my perfect job on paper--actually, I had that job once, but the gov took it away and gave it to private industry, heheh...so you can start to see where this is going. I really should start to fill in some of the details for anybody lurking on this thread...but I don't want to blabber on too much about everthing that my agency could have done better over the last ten years...you know what they say about burning bridges;-) --MM
