Zenker: "ALL" Can you help me as I'm new and into DD. of this company. Do you know any of the following as it's will help fill in the info I seek. 1. The date of the next AGM. 2. What the current float is for the stock 3. What the outstanding issue is for the company. 4. The name of the transfer agent for the company 5. A 800 number or some number to reach the co. 6. Are there any warrents or 144 / 504 505 type stock that is restricted? 7. Do you know if there is a current SEC. full reporting Doc. on file with the SEC? or a date that they will have it in?
