Doug - sorry I have no idea if institutions or simply individuals with deep pockets are buying at this point . I would expect at this point some major fund managers are buying . ;)

Doug, Institutions buy, hold, hype and sell at a profit. If you are holding when they're hyping = you get profit.

Thought I'd address my very first post to you. Every member of my family who invests in the market is bullish on this stock, and we have over 60,000 shares combined. Does this mean we constitute an institution?

We believe there is a lot of money to be made with this stock, both in the short and long-term. Hopefully you'll wish us the best.
