Well, it depends...... Larry Flint reports that Bob had an affair while he was married 12 years ago. He is now married to that woman. It also was alleged that "anti-abortion" Bob's wife had an abortion. It was alleged that in a deposition Bob Barr and his his current wife refused to answer questions about marital infidelity under a North Carolina Law that allows you to refuse to answer certain private matter questions. Bob refused as did his then girl friend. He did not lie under oath and that's the distinction. Oh well..... the plot thickens and so does the entertainment value of Geraldo's show (which is normally boring without all the Clinton stuff).

As I type we have a debate going on between Gerry Spence and another lawyer about perjury and obstruction...... very comical and nothing new.

EDIT - ha ha, they're talking about cigars, etc. I'm glad I alreay ate dinner.

Don

Barr appeared on cross fire last night and handled himself well. I still think he has a problem with those that don't like stone throwers with a copy of the canceled check for the abortion.

Looks like another down day with south america in flex. What is emc exposure to it??? I am staying on the side lines waiting to buy more on the dip...
