Wasn't it Kumar who said AMD was getting a 1% yield on the K6-2-400?
His nickname, Asshok, is not without merit.

Jim

*OT* John, good man! It's absolutely insane that these people who call themselves journalists can't do research on their subject.

That piece reads like some assignment editor said "uh...let's do a piece on Ashok Kumar and the angle we're going for is..."

Instead of something like "Okay, what's actually the truth? There's this sell-side guy out there named Ashok Kumar. There's buzz about the guy. How much is truth and how much is a self-perpetuating myth that we as journalists in the online age have assisted in creating?"

It drives me nuts!

Brill's Content should do a piece on the guy.

If I wasn't using my real name here, I'd pitch the story to them as a free-lance idea, convince them its worthwhile, do the legwork and write the damn thing myself <g>

Good trading,

Tom
