Carl, you seem to know no limits when it comes to fabricating your accusations. So speaking of compensation, let's for the record establish that you are receiving neither sweetheart shares or payment from EDII or any other form of compensation for your cheerleading this stock. Rather than worry about Rosario, who you know has had nothing to do with EDII, let's make sure that your own record is current in the public record. If you are involved with EDII in any way, then I would guess that an explanation of your apparent involvement in the Virgin Islands fiasco that apparently ended in your being named by the US DOJ as having submitted fraudulent documents would be in order. You know this is nonsense about the merger talk. If they were actually doing it they wouldn't announce it. It would be done already. As to the 9.7% we have no idea whether these were purchased from the company, or from insiders, or on the open market. But I guess that you know. I guess there isn't much that passes from Danny Dror, that doesn't pass your nose first, being permanently afixed as you are.
