I am a real understanding soul, shit happens!
How do we as paying customers, get compensated
for these inconsistencies. When we can't use
the service and therefor miss or lose cold hard
cash, what are we to do, but take our business
somewhere else. A token gesture might be in order.

Hi Gerry. Unfortunately much like "bobsledding" when you get in a groove for the day, any disruption costs you either, thought process, organization, design of attack, and confidence on execution, which equals $$$$$$

So even if you were attacked by Aliens who photonned your servers and then stole all the passwords....we would still be pissed!!
