"It would behoove you to delve a little further". At least I read more last night than just the last press release! As a daytrader, you may not need to know much. But I've read 5 SEC filings and went back about 3 months of press releases. Why do you object to me mentioning that Ted Turner IV had borrowed $1.8 million for LocalNet from CODI? It's in the press releases. Part of the agreement at the time was that CODI could take approx. 67% interest in the company if they chose. Here's a freebee - it's probably not exactly 67%. You can come back and tell me how wrong I am if it's actually 63%. "The acquisition of the operating assets of LocalNet by Compu-DAWN was effectuated in connection with the partial satisfaction of a $1.8 million secured loan previously made to LocalNet by Compu-DAWN." There - Jan 11 press release. The company was basically bought for the amount owed. The bright side is that they got T Turner IV as Chairman. Question: How many shares does Teddie own? This could be crucial. How much incentive does he have to stay? "Stock options to acquire approximately 1.6 million shares of common stock in Compu-DAWN have been issued to various individuals and consultants who have joined the new management team." Additional 2 million "performance" shares may be issued. Both the 1.6 and 2 million are over a 3 year period. Does he have any other ownership? I would think so, but not clear. Does not state this. Now, you can make this a negative posting site that people won't care to read, or you can talk facts. As edgy as you were, you must have a big investment. I didn't affect the price with one post here yesterday. I don't exactly see a multitude of people here, yet. But I like the volume, I like the potential. I also found some delicious morcels that I might have time tomorrow to write about. Buy at $8. David
