Bonnie, Fidelity does whatever is necessary to achieve their mediocre overall performance in the market. <G> Seriously, most Fidelity funds buy what went up yesterday. That has worked well for the past 5 years, but not well enough to overcome their rip off fees and expenses. Fido does spend a lot of time talking to CEOs, though I'd be loath to speak of conspiracy. After all, why would a CEO, who is paid mainly in stock options, want the world's largest mutual fund co. to buy and hold his stock. <VBG>
