I believe that Compaq has an email naming convention of Firstname.Lastname@Compaq.com. If you composed your letter on a PC, you might fire it off to eckhard.pfeiffer@compaq.com too. That might get a quicker response.
As a fellow shareholder, I appreciate you taking the time to try and make OUR Company better!

enrico.pesatori@compaq.com (SVP corporate strategic marketing)
or peter.blackmore@compaq.com (VP, North American Sales and Marketing)
both of those folks ought to care about the disarray you have turned up. I am really appalled by this.
