Yeah, that's what I do too. But it infuriates me. Some of these things move pretty fast, that's part of the risk we take on these stocks. But when a stock takes off in either direction you need to be able to place a trade quickly. To not have online access is unacceptable. I'm leaving Waterhouse. P.S. Read Yahoo's YHOO message board. You'll find numerous complaints about Waterhouse today.
