Something Brewing At Motorola? via MacObservor >The little Birdie has been tweeting again and this time we are hearing some stirrings coming from Motorola. A Motorola employee attached to a department that installs new machinery in Motorola plants told us that Motorola was up something pretty big. According to our source, some 250 pieces of machinery related to manufacturing chips (We do not know the specifics) and that this operation is entirely for Apple. In addition, this person told us that the company was hiring 100 employees for this same project.< macobserver.com Motorola making wireless P1s? Well ... I'm intrigued. PS> If anyone catches a Carmack reply to the Every essay, please post a link. Those are two guys whom I'd would pay to hear. PPS> I try not to get too caught up in quarterly earnings hoopla. In my best-of-all-worlds, it would be a non-event. But I don't expect that in this lifetime. I'm hoping for a slow sustained upward bias that keeps AAPL mildly undervalued. $50-60 range this year. $60-70 in 2000. Something sane. That way, I wont be tempted to take profits -- or pay taxes :)
