If push comes to pull I WILL have my name put on the proxy. I don't want to and I don't expect the need for any of this. It's LW's call. If he blows it he will be sorry that I am heavily invested in this company. Doers do. Whiners whine. I don't intend to deal with this situation like an ostrich just sticking its head in the sand to remove adversity.
