Cool, Reggie. Microsoft's first witness says the government's case is bogus. We'll see what he says under cross examination. We'll also see what all those "relatively junior" Microsoft executives say under cross examination. So much email, so little time. Will they all go senile like brilliant Bill did?

He's really saying, forget intent. Pretend that the MSFT execs don't know what they are doing, and in spite of their written intent they are so incompetent that their actions did not have the intended results.

There is no jury here. Who are they playing to?
