Probity, I think most of Tech's attacks were before I invested
in ALYD. I don't remember him much. Was he the one that accused
Gruder of stashing money in Canada? I thought that was a cheap shot.
Better have facts for those kind of calls. Dumbass, bonehead, and
other adjectives should be o.k. Maybe I'm just used to hearing them
myself. <g> Since the litigation is in Canada, that post crossed
my mind.
Individuals should mostly be ignored. To me it's a little like
being in the workplace where everyone airs their complaints. It's
actually good for business. Since I worked at TI, I'll use it as an example. Called my boss quite a few names from time to time. Other
times I praised him. With customers it's different. Business is
business and needs conducted properly. If these guys/gals being
sued are professionally connected to the companies they slam, then
we are reading from a different book! IMO of course. What do I
know of law, I'm just a market junky!
