Ted.... About 4 months ago I sent an e-mail to CNBC suggesting that your network was behind the curve with respect to the demand for stock market related news/informational shows, that the market now has a round-the-clock interest by many investors, and that it was time to "bounce" the reruns of "Hardball" and expand the franchise with a new show at 12am called "The Midnite Market Monitor," that could be known affectionately as "M-Cube." I stated that midnite was an appropriate time as it would be a great follow-up to local news at 11 and Nightline at 11:30p, and that you'd catch all of America's 2nd shift workers who had missed the day's market activity. The show could update the foreign markets, recap the days action, and give we viewers a peek at the next days events, based on late developments, futures, and the likes. Now that the Pres. of the NYSE is looking to expand the hours for the NYSE to a 5am to midnite schedule, I wondered if CNBC has planned any changes in its roster and/or new shows that would be consistent with his proposed new hours.
