Mr. Jim McIntosh reports

One of Infowave Software, Inc.'s principal shareholders, Gary McIntosh,
has agreed to assist the company with its financial public relations
efforts. Mr. McIntosh has engaged, at his expense, High Street Capital
and Marketing Ltd. to undertake a public relations initiative on behalf of
Infowave.

This initiative will be undertaken concurrently with the investor relations
activities presently being implemented by The Investor Relations Group
under an agreement with Infowave announced in September 1998.
Under the previously announced agreement, IRG was retained to
develop and co-ordinate a North American financial communications
strategy. Infowave is already experiencing increased analyst coverage,
newsletter coverage and general awareness within the financial
community of its achievements and prospects. The program has also
reinforced the sales and marketing campaigns for Infowave's imaging
and wireless computing software.

The public relations initiative being undertaken by High Street Capital
and Marketing Ltd. is designed to increase the profile of Infowave
domestically and internationally. Although Infowave is not a party to the
High Street agreement, it is understood that Mr. McIntosh has agreed to
finance all disbursements incurred in the program and to provide a
private option to High Street to purchase shares from his holdings in the
company.
