I know you are correct on that. Something like 90% of this thing is held institutionally or by insiders. Not shooting the messenger, but the question is why hold this stock at these valuations? One has to evolve some rather remarkable arithmetic to conjure up future earnings that support these prices, and the memory market effectively depends on the PC market for its major sales. The three "Ms" in action would be my guess, but in the end, earnings still count,....that is unless one believes CNBC's comments of yesterday. (g)

Bonnie, American Funds used to be one of the smartest outfits in the mutual funds business. But during the last decade, they have taken dumb pills or something. Momentum geeks all the way.
