Technically, the XAU is showing about 2 weeks to 1 month more of life... BUT that would be against the logic of gold. And HUTCH's first rule of investing in a commodity stocks rules.
1) Short the stock if the commodity is loosing power.

So unless gold can atain it's $291 value today, then the XAU are vulnerable to LARGE drops in a few days. So {don't get me wrong here} I really hope the XAU stocks climb tomorrow.

BUT if you look at the TSE G&S index:

You can suggest that the rally was really weak.
