Did I mention that Nachio during his talk responded to a question about local loop, he said in the past he was not interested, but he is now "getting interested" in it (the coy understatement seemed blatant). (a money manager told me last November when Nachio was questioned about international plans, he said he hoped to avoid the question but admitted he was warming to it. Next day he announced KPN-QWST.) On TODAY'S breakout when further questioned about BBLL delivery options - he brought up BBFW and specifically suggested WCII or TGNT.

BTW, I lunched with a guy today who sold (for stock) ARTT a lot of their spectrum. He owns a significant piece and thinks WCII would be great as an acquirer - (of course, he'd love 17)
