Merrill Lynch & INDI 500 index.

Yes, the talks are still going on according to Hank Clark of INDI's Investor Relations department. In fact, the deal is on the table awaiting the approval from Merrill Lynch. There's nothing INDI can do at this point except to wait for Merrill Lynch to SIGN the deal. "It's on their table and there's nothing we can do at this point." according to Hank Clark. Good luck.
