Well, then we may see a combined effort by both the BOJ, Fed, and ECB to support the dollar.

For an exporting economy, it is a matter of survival to have relatively depressed currency reflective of the current status of your economy. (unless you're the US which as global reserve currency doesn't have the luxury).

Btw, a strengthening of the dollar may be bullish for the US stock market. As the dollar is forced higher by concerted effort, US equities provide a an extra boost for a foreign account from the gain in currency exchange.

Just guessing... We're playing brinkmanship between CB's and waiting to see who will blink first.

But they WILL blink, that is assured. Otherwise goodbye global financial system.
