Jon,

Thanks for that interesting post concerning Advanced Training Solutions:

Advanced Training Solutions combines traditional sales training techniques with its own online training system called Quest, a customizable Web-based method of measuring sales training effectiveness via online modules administered over the Internet. Sales employees log on remotely to their company's Quest Site to access training materials and take interactive tests to assess their product and sales knowledge.

Sounds like a novel way of administrating sales training. It could also indicate that wirelessknowledge intends to quickly ramping up a good-sized sales force. But if my memory is correct, Dr. Jacobs said that wirelessknowledge will only support (not compete with) the carrier sales forces that will address the corporate market.

I wonder if wirelessknowledge management is also aware of Microsoft's Cambridge-based business partner that "sells the business and IT vision" to senior Fortune 500 executives. Depending on Microsoft's relationship, this approach might be another viable venue to showcase the wireless vision to captive CIOs, CEOs, CFOs, etc.

Best Regards,

Greg
