Yes Jens, The stock should open at .30 per share tomorrow after the RS. Unfortunately for most investors, the stock price would have to go to near 3.00 per share to break even. I just wonder if Spencer would ever let that happen. That is let the stock price rise without dumping more shares.

Mr. Jens, I hope you are right about upcoming acquisition news. I tend to think that this will be the case. The positive today is that we now have a company with a reasonably small float. I took the contrarian approach after first learning of this reverse, and added to my position by buying much more at .005/.007 range. I am hoping that this reverse will follow the MRX road.
