Thread, Pretty hard to see the forest for the trees as we trade at 15/16-$1.00. Well with 66million shares plus do we believe that the market cap for the stock should be no more then $70 million. I know that this is a simplistic perspective and that there are many arguments to cynically state that the company has no worth. That Kaz is years from development that Kaz will have a revolt, that Aipn has no operating capital, that the “equity line will be used”, that the refinery will never show a profit and Yaddi yaddi yaddi. I am a big believer that the market ultimately does not lie but that the short-term emotional swings in sentiment is where you make good investments during the swings to the extreme of under valuation. I have argued since the Annual meeting that GF and especially DF should take responsibility for the leadership that fumbled the ball on the HUNT debacle. I actually believe that they will and that when the timing is right and they can leave gracefully and without disruption they will with DF first to go. I do not believe that CSFB would allow them to continue. GF told me at the annual meeting to give DF a chance to show what he can do, other then the facility that was in place at the time with the HUNTS. He has clearly not delivered in a timely fashion and the delays of execution of the financing have been brutal to the shareholders of the company. There is no smart money left, only dumb money, mine included. Even the HUNTS who had an assured investment so long as we the shareholders bought the story look stupid to me. They have not gotten their anticipated return on investment for the risk they took by speculating on AIPN. So where do we go from here, IMHO, FWIW (very little), much higher soon, the Hunts have covered their short positions by what I see in the trading action on Level II. They are trying to mop up now what they have left in converted shares and exit what ever their position is presently. There is a lot of “stupid/smart “ money that is happy to take their remaining shares at or around $1.00. The MM”S appear to be flushing what idiots would sell at this point after the artificial $1.00 level has been pierced. The panic sellers will dump, and the MM's could take one last shot at creating sheer terror by having one intraday low to .75 cents to give everyone a final case of “agita”. This is what we have all signed on to by dreaming of millions to be made in this penny stock. I am buying now to make up for the drubbing that I took by not having sold my warrants at $2-$3. I think we get news this week and that we see the last of the Hunts and the beginning of the CSFB guidance away from the grips of the present management of GF and DF. All IMHO. Good luck all, this is where risk taking pays off or teaches you to be more careful next time. DrRisk hoping that I am right
