VVUS News Needed If VVUS name domestic partner, point to rising US scripts, project earnings accelleration, and just tease with gene therapy research then I think we see stock start to move. Daytraders follow momentum, they like biotech plays especially on all this gene therapy stuff, and before you know it shorts are in deep smelly stuff. It has been so low for so long, and with the short position, the stock could get to double digits in a session or two. Of course, this is all for naught if VVUS can't product domestic partner. Shorts will have us were they want us if we have to depend on improving US scripts significantly alone. VVUS has already proved they have no clue of how to do that already. I am hopeful that the silence is do to the investment banker working deal and telling VVUS what it can and can not say at this point. As the days go by it makes the December PR look mightly weak IMO. I laugh every day when I think of how close VVUS is to making a profit and it's at $2.75 while AMZN.com is $500+/share and no chance to make a profit for several years if ever.
