Trillion changes name and consolidates shares Trillion Resources Ltd TLQ Shares issued 28,869,060 Jan 12 close $0.25 Wed 13 Jan 99 Change Name, Roll Back Shares TSE Bulletin 99-0034 The common shares will be posted for trading at the opening on Friday, Jan. 15, 1999 on a one-for-six consolidated basis under the new name Consolidated Trillion Resources Ltd. and under the new Cusip No. 21023D 10 0. There will be no change to the stock symbol. If, as a result of the consolidation, a holder becomes entitled to a fraction of a consolidated common share, fractions of 0.5 or greater of a postconsolidated common share will be rounded up to the next whole number of common shares and fractions of less than 0.5 of a postconsolidated common share will be rounded down to the next whole number of common shares.
