Where can I look up info on this Bid.com? All my usual sources give me no info. Is this because it's a canadian issue? What gives?

Internet users up ++ 100% in 1 year in the USA not a bad sign .(CNBC-TV).!!!!!! Looks like BID.COM is after having a fall Cdn$9.90 down to $6.90 - a C$3.00 drop, now turned around at C$7.35/sh. 16.6 million shares traded on Tuesday. Big difference this time. All of Canada would like a bite of BID.COM plus the USA is finally buying in. Why would UBID shares be valued yesterday at US$100.00/sh. (Cdn$150.00) and BID.COM has been laying out a Global Internet plan for 5 years even tied in with AOL and they are valued at Cdn 7.25/share (US$4.75/sh.) Surely Cdn$10.00/sh.( suggested by Yorkton) is not a bad price before BID.COM hit's the NASDAQ.?? Has UBID been planning out an Internet Global master plan for 5 years.????
