I noted that in my universe of about 7,000 stocks at 11/30, 65% were negative for one year performance. The tax selling pressure on these puppies was probably enormous in the month of December. Once lifted, the January affect was equally so. No wonder that January has been the best month in the last ten years; but, the strength of this one surprised even me.

I go on record as saying it ain't over yet!
