Even if 40,000,000 shares are registerable this week, its unlikely more than 10 or 15 will want to sell.

As it traded over 8,000,000 shares today, that's a day or two of trading. It looks like they've turned the freeing up into a non-event.

Very discouraging.

I'm short DBCC with fingers crossed.
