How do you think the NBC evening news piece will affect the internut stocks this morning? They showed a woman who put in 5k and now has 200k 18 months later, she looked like a lottery winner. The piece was very fluffy- I wonder if a new round of "investors" will try and recreate her good fortune. One thing is for sure, the "story" has reached the farthest corner of press coverage. Personally, I bet a TON of speculators were disgusted by the 2:1 split in Yahoo. Everyone had been hoping for a 4:1 or at the very least a 3:1.. That alone could drive it down further.
