It is not unusual for an IBM to dance around the patents of a smaller company like Xybernaut, because they make calculated decisions that the little guy won't sue, or be around long enough to sue, and even if they do either of the two, won't have the money to fight a long protracted battle. The final chapter on the IBM issue is years away, imo, but in the meantime., they will help XYBR open the portals to worldwide recognition and distribution by their mere presence.
