Let's be fair. Creative has made big strides in trying to improve its share price. We are now only in month 3 in the company's first year of buybacks. There is a quiet period now so the company is not saying anything until earnings late Jan. Also buybacks are suspended until earnings are out. A dividend is due in a few weeks. Also, buybacks have been approved for another 12 months.

I think the company has really tried to help us out. It will of course make a few mistakes, but it will learn. Certainly in one year's they will have enough experience managing buybacks, dividends, expectations, etc. Then, we can all bitch at how incompetent management is. As it is, all I see is incredible impatience.

The stock is almost double its recent low, and we are waiting for a quarter that is likely to meet or beat expectations. Just hang on.

Adam,

Guess what: I noticed ASND opened at 72+ this morning because of the Brazil announcement, the very day after LU announced it was going to buy ASND at essentially $80-90/sh. Having sold CREAF, I had the funds to snarf 400 shares of ASND at 74 1/2. It's up 6 points today and should do very well tomorrow. CREAF? WOW! Closed at the high, up 1/8th! Not bad, actually, but no contest with the decision to move.
