Question ladles and g-strings: Does it make any sense to make public any work they have done on the Nasdaq listing right now? Since the appeal has a March date and the merger a January date, I just wonder if they are even putting all their forces behind the appeal right now? Doubtfully, simply because, if the merger doesn't go through, there won't be any use to carry through with the appeal. Agreed? The appeal rests on the outcome of the merger and the combined resources. IOW don't worry about the NAS appeal until post sh meeting. bb
