Certainly. But some "experts" are still in deep
confusion. Actually I was a sort of kidding
by mentioning this paradox of "half-transfer"
rate on P-II arbitration and control signals.
Just to tease you guys a bit and pay some
percentage back for years of Paul's harassment.
But you know, every joke holds a portion of truth
(or whatever the saying is) :-)
