Gordon, I didn't overlook that at all, I merely corrected the way you described the notion of a current stockholder retaining the same percentage of ownership, a notion that you now affirm. Nothing mechanical about it. I also noted though that without financials, you, nor I nor anyone can have any idea as to whether the shares of the resulting entity is fairly apportioned according to the fundamental worth of the companies involved. Btw your blurb at the end casting my statements or me in a negative light is counterproductive to your argument. Any logical assessment you are making is being diluted by your obsession with me. You have lost a lot of credibility. Especially your posting of name and address information on the Raging Bull.
