According to what I have read, we will see whether this is just rumourmongering or not in April or May...

Even if it only takes a short time to shut down a nuke, there may be other reasons our wonderful government may shut 'em down. I think we wouldn't be told in advance-officially. Panic prevention and all that stuff...

Time Magazine: Y2K Feature article

This is a rather disappointing article on Y2K. It is titled "The End Of The World As We Know It", but seems to dwell too much on the Christian views of TEOTWAWKI (IMHO). Very little factual information. Discusses what precautions some of the more alarmed Y2K doomsayers are taking. I was hoping that the main stream press would do a better job covering Y2K than this.
