CNBC just said the new finance officer or president couldn't quitte catch it , but they said Brazils financial policies and standards will remain as they currently are, some damage control, This dip could be an excellent buying op. Also guy from AG Edwards was on Bloomberg saying that this will be a non-issue in a day or two. Wish CNBC would quit with the Brazil hype already
