jmt.... in learning mode here.... when you "guesstimated" that if this deal was to happen, did you use 1M shares as the base for HERZ or did you use the 25M authorized... from what I understand from the financials, they aren't issued but they do have the ability to do so....so, would it be prudent to use the authorized number... or did you? but we all know that buying 9.7% of a company in no way means that this will become a full blown acquisition/merger. I wonder what aspects of the company Danny was interested in.... perhaps getting some computer equipment for CRC?....
