Ed....Thanks for your input...As it stands right now I've pinged your site and have had no problems getting a response. So it's not your servers. Must be AIQ.

Like I said, they are currently reviewing the problem at the program level but I figured I would try all routes.

I'll keep watching and if I notice anything useful I'll pass it along via chat. One other thing - I also sometimes have problems when I log in from work during lunch. Sometimes it'll take 4 or 5 tries before I get in. We have T-1 lines, not cable. However, our Internet access is nothing to brag about, since there's alot of local traffic, so its probably on our end.
