Richard,

You said>>"One of my speculations when government shut down plant discharge was that GPGI favored that event because it gave them an excuse for lack of production."

I'm not trying to be flip, but call up an demand an answer from Jensen and see what you get. When I saw that post from Thall, I called Jensen the very next day to warn him of the inevitable, and how best to deal with the various state agencies. Whether your call is right or not, the answer is dereliction of duty, plain and simple.

You also asked>>"What's your best guess, can GPGI recover and
become a PGM producer, or is it on a path to belly up? When do we get to proxy our shares and who do you think will lead that effort?

Jensen & Twiford voted themselves 6 million shares for the sale of the "so called catalyst" that delivers 100,000 opt (vbg). When has that ever been proven! My original investment was in the ORO GRANDE, and it seems that the probabilities are that we do have an ore body in all three places. Because every attempt at an audit has been turned down, I can't tell you what the #'s are. I do know this, I'm tired of Jensen, Twiford, and Palmer promising, as an example 500 oz's per ton of resin, but can't give head ore #'s. A proxy isn't worth my time, but legal remedies are!
